Grands 2009 will be a tough race to improve on, but…. Lets just things are looking up for 2010. This year we saw every Tangent rider that came to the Grands make their mains. This is an amazing feet, considering the atmosphere that the Grands brings to these young athletes. With all the great things that our crew did, two things really stood out, the performances of Tyler and Riley.
For those who do not know, Tyler’s little sister has fallen ill, but this has not slowed down Tyler. She’s made it her goal to support her sister’s fight by winning races. Tyler shredded the competition all weekend winning the Nag 5 Challenge as well as her Grands main.
Riley Stair also poured in a top performance of the weekend. This was Riley’s first weekend as a pro and he started out his weekend with a 1st place in his first moto. Riley continued to have great laps but a crash in the semi’s kept him out of the mains on his Pro opener. This only fueled Riley to show his new class where he’ll be all year long, on the podium. He rode strong the rest of the Grands weekend and turned in an amazing second place finish for his pro debut.
The rest of the team ripped all weekend as well flying their Tangent Colors into the main events. Here are the finishes of tangent riders at the Grands weekend races.
