Carbon Wheel Warranty

Never worry about breaking a rim again. Tangent carbon rims come with lifetime warranty for accidents that happen while riding to the original owner. No questions asked. If you break a rim, we'll send you a new one.

This warranty only applies to the original owner and is non transferable. Shipping for replacement rims will be charged.

In the chance you break your Tangent carbon rim while not riding (vehicle accidents or anything non riding related), let us know what happened and we'll see what we can offer. It's our goal to make sure you're satisfied with our products and pleased with our service so we'll do everything we can to get you back out rolling on Title rims as quick as possible.

Component Warranty

Tangent takes pride in all the products that we offer, we stand behind the build quality and want to insure you are satisfied with your purchase. Should the unforeseen happen and there is damage to your purchase in the terms of manufactures defect we will be happy to assess the defect and see if your part falls into the terms and condition of your warranty process. 

If you are the original purchaser of a Tangent product, we will do our best to expedite your product through the warranty program to get you back out on your bike enjoying the trails. Our warranty policy covers all manufactured defects for the original owner only. Any product that has been modified, re-painted, or bought used, will not be covered under warranty. When purchasing a product through Tangent you can be assured that you are riding products that have been engineered to withstand the normal conditions that you would come to expect from riding your bike. If you believe that you have a part that should fall under our warranty policy please contact us directly. We will require that you send the part to us so we can have our warranty technician examine the cause of the failure. Should the product be covered by the warranty policy we will reach out to you with a replacement. If our technician determined that your product failure was a result of misuse, abuse or a crash failure then we will offer a crash replacement discount on a case by case basis.

Tangent Handlebars, Stems, Saddles, Seat posts, Clamps, and Gyro Systems are covered by our Limited 1 Year Warranty. This warranty only applies to the original owner and is not transferable. Warranty covers Manufacturers Defects only and is subject to supply availability and that the product is still manufactured by Title. 

The limited 1 Year Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or product failure, cracking, breaking, damage, or loss caused by misuse, crashes, abuse, lack of maintenance, improper assembly, riding beyond your limitations, or not meeting the criteria of a Manufacturers Defect. We also suggest that all products are installed by a professional bike mechanic.
